GORILLAZ "Every dead body that is not exterminated, gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill." Gorillaz is a virtual band created in 1998 by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. The band consists of four fictional members: Stuart "2-D" Pot, Noodle, Murdoc Niccals and Russel Hobbs. You've probably heard at least one of their hits. Ok, introductions are out of the way, I'll stop sounding like a wikipedia article now. I like Gorillaz a lot, if you haven't guessed by this page existing. Not just because of their music, but because of the unique story, characters and artwork associated with the band. There's nothing really like it out there, so I'll talk about it here. There are currently 8 Gorillaz albums, as well as a 'phase' for each of them. I personally favour phases 1 to 3, the pre-hiatus stuff. Their later stuff isn't bad, but I think they were in their prime earlier on.
